The Albuquerque Event Center comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests for a standing reception and up to 100 guests for a seated dinner with a dance floor. Our flexible floor plan allows us to configure the space to match your specific needs, whether you are hosting an intimate gathering of 30 or a larger celebration.
We have a fully open vendor policy, which means you are free to bring in any licensed caterer of your choice, use a food truck, or even arrange a potluck-style meal. There is no required vendor list and no kitchen-use fees. We provide prep space and access to basic kitchen facilities. Many of our clients love this flexibility because it lets them feature their favorite local restaurants or family recipes.
Our base venue rental is $750 plus tax for up to 8 hours, which includes tables and chairs for up to 75 guests. Add-ons are available including additional chairs ($5 each), table linens ($15 per table), and a Bluetooth sound system ($150 for the day). A $250 deposit is required to reserve your date, which goes toward your event total. The remaining balance is due in full 7 days prior to your event.
Yes. We offer ample free parking for all guests in our dedicated lot, which accommodates over 150 vehicles. The lot is well-lit and easily accessible from the main road. For larger events, additional overflow parking is available nearby at no extra cost.
You have full creative freedom to decorate the space to match your vision. We allow balloon installations, floral arrangements, draping, signage, photo backdrops, and more. The only restrictions are no open flames outside of approved candle holders, no confetti or glitter, and all decorations must be removed at the end of your rental period. Tape and adhesive hooks are fine on designated surfaces, but please avoid nails or screws in the walls.
A $250 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your date. This deposit secures your spot on our calendar. Full balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
Yes. The Albuquerque Event Center is fully ADA compliant. We have step-free access throughout the venue, accessible restrooms, designated accessible parking spaces near the entrance, and wide doorways that accommodate wheelchairs and mobility devices. If you have specific accessibility needs for your event, please let us know and we will work with you to ensure every guest is comfortable.
