Absolutely. Our parking lot can accommodate food trucks, and many of our birthday party clients use them. You can have one truck or several. There are no vendor restrictions or additional fees for food truck service. We just ask that you confirm the truck dimensions in advance so we can reserve the right spot.
No. We host birthday parties ranging from 30 guests to 150. The venue rental is the same flat rate regardless of headcount, so you get the full space whether you are planning an intimate gathering or a larger celebration.
Yes. You are welcome to bring any DJ, band, or performer you choose. Our sound system is available for use with the Standard and Premium packages, or your DJ can bring their own setup. We have hosted everything from solo acoustic performers to full live bands.
The base rental starts at $750 plus tax and includes up to 8 hours of venue use, up to 75 chairs, tables, and access to the space for setup and breakdown. Additional chairs are $5 each, table linens are $15 per table, and the sound system is $150 per day. A $250 deposit secures your date.
Early access for decoration setup depends on venue availability. If the day before your event is open, we can often arrange advance setup for an additional fee. Otherwise, setup time is included within your booking window. Contact us and we will work out the best plan for your party.
Yes. We have hosted many surprise birthday parties and know how to coordinate them smoothly. Our team can help manage guest arrival timing, control lighting for the reveal, and ensure the guest of honor gets the reaction they deserve when they walk through the door.
We recommend booking 2 to 4 months in advance for weekend dates, especially during popular months. Weekday and Sunday dates are often available with shorter notice. A $250 deposit secures your date and the balance is due 7 days before the event.
