Our Premium package includes a ceiling-mounted projector, a large-format screen, a podium with a wired microphone, two wireless handheld microphones, a premium sound system with speakers positioned throughout the room, and wireless presentation capability compatible with both Mac and PC. The Standard package includes the sound system and microphones. Additional AV equipment can be rented for Essential package bookings.
Yes. Our team can reconfigure the space between sessions, for example from a theater-style morning presentation to a banquet-style lunch or from a plenary session to breakout groups. We ask for at least 30 minutes between formats and recommend building transition time into your event agenda.
Yes. We routinely work with government agencies, national laboratories, military installations, and large institutions. We provide W-9 forms, accept purchase orders, generate detailed invoices, and can accommodate net-30 payment terms for qualified organizations. Our billing format is designed to work with standard procurement processes.
We have an open vendor policy, so you can bring in any licensed caterer of your choice. Many of our corporate clients use local catering companies for boxed lunches, buffet service, or plated meals. We can share our preferred vendor list, which includes caterers experienced with corporate events of all sizes. Coffee and beverage service can also be arranged through your caterer.
Our enterprise-grade Wi-Fi network is designed to handle up to 150 simultaneous connections. It supports video streaming, wireless presentations, and standard web use concurrently. For events with heavy bandwidth requirements such as live streaming or large file transfers, we can arrange a dedicated connection with advance notice.
Yes. Weekday availability is generally strong, and we offer competitive weekday rates. Morning, afternoon, and full-day bookings are all available. Many of our corporate clients prefer weekday events, and we can accommodate recurring bookings for quarterly meetings, training sessions, and ongoing programs.
Absolutely. We offer multi-day rates and can keep your setup in place overnight between event days, so you do not have to rebuild your layout each morning. Contact us with your event dates and we will provide a custom quote.
Yes. Organizations that book three or more events per year qualify for a 10% recurring booking discount applied to each event. This is popular with companies that hold quarterly all-hands meetings, regular training sessions, or annual events. We also offer a 10% military discount and a 15% nonprofit discount.
