Reserve Your Date

Our team will work with you to plan the optimal configuration, and we handle all setup and transitions between formats throughout the day.
- Theater style: up to 150 attendees with center aisle and stage area
- Classroom style: up to 80 attendees with tables facing the presentation area
- Banquet rounds: up to 100 attendees at round tables with a head table and dance floor
- U-shape or hollow square: up to 60 attendees for board meetings and workshops
- Hybrid layout: presentation area with adjacent breakout zones for smaller group sessions
- Trade show and expo style: open floor with vendor booths, display tables, and traffic flow
