Yes. Many families choose to bring home-cooked dishes, order from a favorite restaurant, or hire a caterer. You are welcome to use our kitchen area for warming and serving. There are no catering restrictions or additional fees for bringing your own food.
Absolutely. We can set up easels, display tables, and dedicated areas for photo boards, memory tables, guest books, and personal items. Many families also use our projector and screen to display a slideshow of photos and videos during the gathering.
Yes. Our sound system supports music playlists from a phone or laptop, and the projector and screen can display slideshows or video tributes. If you would like an open microphone for guests to share stories and memories, we can set that up as well.
The base rental starts at $750 plus tax and includes the venue for up to 8 hours, up to 75 chairs, tables, and access to the kitchen and restrooms. A sound system is available for $150. We keep things simple and transparent so you are not navigating complicated packages during a difficult time.
Yes. The venue is fully ADA accessible with ground-level entry, accessible restrooms, and no stairs required to reach any part of the event space. We also have ample seating available and can arrange the layout to ensure comfortable access for guests using wheelchairs or walkers.
Yes. While many families use our space for the gathering after a funeral or service held elsewhere, you are also welcome to hold the full celebration of life, memorial service, or remembrance ceremony here. We can arrange seating, a podium, and AV equipment to support your program.
